The Patton Foundation launched its PEG (Patton Entrepreneurship Grant) Challenge at Austin Peay State University, a dynamic, “Shark Tank”-style pitch competition designed to empower Tennessee’s next generation of entrepreneurs
Six students will complete a 10-lesson online workshop, culminating in a live pitch event on October 17, 2023. Finalists will present their innovative business ideas to a panel of local business leaders, competing for $8,500 in grant funding.
From bold business concepts to practical problem-solvers, the PEG Challenge celebrates the creativity and ambition of Tennessee’s rising entrepreneurs. The Challenge is part of the Patton Foundation’s broader mission to equip students to think entrepreneurially, navigate an evolving economy, and lead with impact in business and beyond.
